Welcome to Menobodies, our community of people in perimenopause and menopause.
I’m Beth Lohman, a mental health therapist, personal trainer, and 19+ year wellness and fitness professional. I love the interplay of mind and body and have spent my career learning about both and teaching and coaching others on what I’ve learned.
When it comes to perimenopause and menopause, I decided to say “I’m not going down without a fight.” Thus began my journey to learn and change.
I want to share this knowledge with so many other people so they don't have to dig through the research, ads, and gimmicks to find their menopause course.
My mission? To empower people in menopause to know what is best for their body and have a plan for navigating their own menopause journey.
